COMPANY BACKGROUND
Prestige Design Group, Inc. (Prestige) was founded in 1992 by Elayne Leathers-Hill. She began the business with a 1-head embroidery machine, and has since grown the company to reach revenues in the millions.

Prestige is a full service computerized embroidery design, uniform and corporate apparel firm. Company operations specialize in creating uniforms and producing designs on apparel including shirts, jackets, caps, bags, and other wearable items. Additionally, the company has operating facilities in Atlanta and Moultrie, GA.

Prestige prides itself on client service and delivering high quality products, and these are the values that have built their relationships over the 11-year existence. The company's goal is to assist their clients with securing brand recognition in the marketplace.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT
Senior management consists of Elayne Leathers-Hill and Marrion Heflin. Elayne is a seasoned veteran in embroidery and apparel. She has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to starting Prestige, Elayne was the number one sales and marketing professional in her region for Mary Kay. She is very active in the Atlanta community, and a member of many organizations to include a former Board of Directors of the Atlanta Business League, and an active member in GMSDC, and a current participant in the Governor's Protégé Program. Elayne also attended the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio.

Marrion joined Prestige in 2001, and has 17 years of business analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, finance, accounting and merger and acquisition experience. He has worked for companies such as KPMG, McDonald's Corporation, TMP Worldwide and Huntington Bancshares Incorporated. Marrion has an MBA from The Ohio State University, and is a licensed CPA in the State of Ohio. Additionally, he is a member of the South Fulton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as well as an Adjunct Professor at Clark Atlanta University.
